Single Cup Coffee Maker for Keurig Reviews
Love this coffee maker. I was very hesitant about spending so much money on a coffee maker but this machine is well worth every penny. I love that you can change the temperature. Most of the machines I had in the past were either too hot or not hot enough. I also love the water tank is on the side and makes it very easy to fill and it alerts you when you need to add water. It makes coffee super fast too. No more waiting 4 or 5 mins for a cup. K-cups can get expensive so I recommend getting the reusable filter so you can still use your favorite ground coffees and save money.used my Krups drip maker for years and saw one of these at my Brother's house. The 2.0 machines add a lot of functions that the old machines didn't have. You can adjust coffee strength, brew temperature and mug size. You can brew anywhere from a 4 to 12 oz cup, a 12 to 16 oz mug or a 30 oz carafe. The color touch screen display allows you to save favorite settings for brew strength, temperature and cup or mug size in ounces.
OXO On 9 Cup Reviews
liked the OXO On 9 Cup Coffee Maker, first of all I really like the design at first it may look to big but it fits perfectly and looks awesome in my kitchen, it doesn't take a lot of space and it's really easy to handle. Another thing I really liked its that it's really clean, the way it's designed helps you to avoid spills of water or coffee, for me thats really important because the conventional coffee makers always spill or it's kinda tricky to pour the water in it.
Another feature that I really like is the carafe, it keeps the coffee perfectly heated wether in its base or somewhere else, plus it is really easy to use.
The coffee its made really fast compare to the conventional coffee makers (which is awesome in the mornings) , and the taste its so much better, the rainmaker shower really makes a difference on the coffee taste. If you are looking for a high quality coffee maker to use at home I highly recommend the OXO On 9 Cup coffee maker... I received this product from Influenster for free for testing purposes.

Ninja Coffee Bar Brewer (CF080Z) Reviews
I already own a Keurig and felt that the coffee is too weak and I did not want to get a standard coffee brewer. I love that the Ninja Coffee Bar let's you brew a cup, a travel mug, 1/2 carafe or full carafe. I can even customize the brew to classic, rich, ice coffee, or specialty. I make tons of iced coffee and espresso drinks. I wish the water reservoir was bigger but super easy to use and refill. You can do one cup(in the coffee cup you drink it in) to ten cups so very flexible, even inexpensive coffee comes out tasting like more expensive brews, plus keeps your coffee hot in the carafe if brewing half or full pot. Highly recommended great machine!
KitchenAid KCM0402ER Reviews
This brewer has really fit the bill. The water gets up to the required 200 degrees, the shower head design disperses the water evenly across the bed of coffee, and it brews quickly through a nicely designed brew basket and gold tone filter.
The KitchenAid KCM0402ER gold tone filter works quite well. I would avoid paper. Aside from the waste, paper filters soak up a lot of the volatile oils in the coffee that provide so much of the flavor - especially in the body of the coffee. The metal filter allows those oils to extract into the coffee giving a more flavorful cup with better body. If you use paper, go with the Filtropa brand. The white ones.
The water reservoir is handy. It has a nice handle that lifts up on the top for easy carrying. The carafe/travel mug keep the coffee hot. I use it as a carafe instead of a travel mug. I just know I'll lose it if I take it to the car and I like to keep the coffee hot while I drink a cup waiting for my wife to come get her cup in the morning. It pours very nicely into a regular mug.
You can also put your own regular mug under it, but I prefer the carafe/travel mug so that the coffee stays hot inbetween pours.
This is just the right portion size. I can make one 12oz cup for myself, or 2 12 oz cups for me and my wife (with a little left over for a partial refill - makes 18oz total at full capacity). This was very well thought out!
It is tall, but it will fit under your cabinets (well, most cabinets). You may have to slide it out a bit to remove the water reservoir, but what's the big deal? Every coffee maker I have ever owned required that in order to pour in my water.
The drip tray is fantastic. Most brewers don't have them, and that's a shame. KA took a cue from the espresso market and included one on this unit. It's handy and gives it an upscale feel that is appreciated.
Some may consider the lack of a timer a negative. Not me. Once you grind your coffee, you start losing noticeable flavor in less than 1 minute. Grinding your coffee and leaving it in the non-air tight brew basket for 8 hours should be a crime! Is it that hard to scoop and grind in the morning?
Leaving the timer off is, I'm sure, a big part of why this machine is so affordable. KitchenAid has always been great at including the features you need, and not the ones you don't so that they can build high quality gear at a reasonable price point.

Keurig K45 Elite Brewing Reviews
I live in a household of three - one drinks decaf, one drinks flavored coffee and I used to drink just about anything that looks like coffee. However, I don't necessarily LIKE drip coffee or instant. On most days I endured a cup of instant coffee at home followed by the "not so great but free" coffee at work. I always thought the single cup coffee makers were just a money making gimmick until the day I sampled a cup of coffee from this machine. My taste buds were in heaven and I bought the machine on the spot without any regrets.
The Keurig B-40 makes an excellent cup of coffee very quickly everyone can have the type of coffee of their choosing. With this machine, my mother, who only drinks decaf, can enjoy a cup of decaf coffee while I have the Nantucket blend and my son drinks Hazelnut. I have joined Keurig's coffee club and get nice discounts on the prepackaged K-cups. I also purchased the reusable filter so I can buy less expensive coffee and make it in the Keurig. I admit, the K-cups are very convenient and I rarely use the reusable filters unless someone has given me coffee as a gift. To make a cup of coffee with the K-cups, simply raise the handle and set the K-cup in the holder. When you lower the handle, the cup is punctured both top and bottom. Press the brew button and out comes hot, fresh coffee. Raise the handle and drop the used cup in the trash. No messy grounds and it doesn't even drip. The reusable filter isn't quite as convenient, but if you're worried about the cost of the prepackaged coffee, buy a couple filters so you don't have to wash it out after each cup.
The Keurig B-40 also brews tea and you can buy a large variety of flavors from Keurig. I've also just placed a tea bag in the filter and brewed a quick cup that way.
Overall, I love this coffee machine. My Mr. Coffee has been banished to a dark corner while I enjoy perfect cup after perfect cup of delicious coffee. I like a cup in the morning and that's about it. After that I drink tea and the occasional cup of decaf coffee in the evening. This coffee maker is perfect for that. It is quick, easy, and requires no clean up. It doesn't make a super strong cup of coffee but that's OK with me, and Green Mountain coffee has a couple of strong coffees in K-cups that work very well with the coffee maker-Sumatran Reserve and Dark Magic. I've found Green Mountain to be the best coffee for the Keurig. I don't recommend making tea using the tea k-cups. Tea needs to steep and doesn't get the chance with this coffee maker so it ends up being very weak-think hot water with almost no flavor to it. However, I use it to heat water for my tea and that's also quick and easy. It makes a little noise when filling but it's only for 30 seconds or so. I don't leave my pot on all day because I don't use it enough to make that worthwhile. It only takes a couple of minutes for it to be ready to brew after I turn it on. I'm also glad that I got the model that makes just one size cup-7.25oz. I don't need all of the other sizes and if I'm going to use a travel mug I'll just use a second k-cup and brew into the same mug. I'm glad I didn't waste the extra money on the fancier models. This model is perfect.

Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 49983A Reviews
Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 49983A so, I saw this at Sam's Club and decided I should give it a try. I loved my Cuisinart K cup brewer but when a full pot was necessary, I had to break out my Cuisinart pot brewer. So I figured it would give me the option when needed. I love the look, it appears high tech, so that's cool, however here are the flaws in my opinion. When you brew a pot and then for what ever reason have to brew a single cup, i.e. cup of tea, flavored coffee, or hot chocolate, you have to switch it to single cup brewing. When you do this you have to switch it back to the pot brewing option to keep the warming plate warm. Also, the brewer for the k cup is kinda of cumbersome and has a cheap feel to it. You have to take the whole mechanism out to discard it and it drips all over the counter. There is only one water compartment. So, every time you want to make a k cup you have to add the amount of water you need for the k cup. It will brew as much water (up to 14 oz) that is placed in the water reservoir. I guess I'm just spoiled by the quality feel of the Cuisinart products and their ease of use. I haven't decided if I'm going to keep this or take it back........jury is still out. When it has came down to Hamilton Beach, they have had mixed results with their coffeemakers over the years. But last year, when they tried their luck with a single service coffeemaker for the Keurig K-Cup packages, they actually haven't that luck very well. They have decided to try it again with a new coffeemaker that doubles for single serves and a full-drinkers with this new device. This coffeemaker works well and is easy to take care of. What I like about it is that it is simple to operate, and you can use it for single coffee drinkers, or for those who want more than just one cup in the morning. I also like the fact for the single serve, there is a basket that you can use your own ground coffee to make and heat. What I do feel unimpressed about is that it is only programmable on the multi-server side, not the single serve side. Despite that one flaw, this still is a great appliance for your home, and I definitely recommend this from Hamilton Beach a lot.
.. they kept all the wonderful properties from the 2 scoop maker i.e
1. makes a great cup of coffee either on the single side or the whole pot
2. No learners manual to set up and run
3. a carafe that pours without dripping and doesn't need to be turned upside down to get the coffee out
4.easy clean up
.... and best of all Single cup function........ NOW on THE single cup side..
1. you can use the famous K-cups if you so choose
2. OR... just plan ground coffee

5. just one site to add water vs 2 we had on previous version...
Wow am I one happy camper... after setting it up and cleaning I brewed a Kcup Hot cocoa.. ( later after noon) followed the simple directions and DONE..

This device is My Morning Angel.. she makes me exactly what I want.. if it is an eye popping, frul body morning brew. that I set up the night before. but just in time as I run out the door.. viola.. the single side .. does it...
If it is the weekend where lounging around w a whole hot pot of coffee.... while leisurely reading the paper while munching my toast.. It does that too

Hamilton Beach 49980Z Reviews
We just got this coffeemaker yesterday and were so excited to try it. It was to replace our Gevalia coffeemaker that we love, but it's pretty old and we were looking for something with the dual capability and less pricey. So the single server worked fine...hot. The carafe side --- SUCKS! I had poured Beach 49980Z 10 cups of water into the reservoir. The coffeemaker wasn't switched "on" yet. No sooner had the reservoir been filled, I noticed the water quickly leaking out from the bottom of the coffeemaker. THEN, the machine automatically started to run, filling the carafe with hot liquid AND the "on" button had not been activated and did not show that it was activated (on button light not lit) although the darn thing was clearly operating on its own. FREAKY! The carafe filled up to about 6 cups (the rest leaked out from the underside). So thinking this may be a freak occurrence due to its first run, I tried it again. Same results except it gave me 7 cups of hot liquid this time. How utterly disappointing. We may try it one more time to see what happens, but this is likely going to sent back and replaced with another Gevalia or Breville coffeemaker. One star just means that it's good to look at. Other than that, from our short-lived experience, it doesn't do the job as advertised. Frustrating.Have had this coffeemaker for a few weeks and am extremely pleased. Very simple to operate, makes super hot coffee and love the idea of making a pot or just a mug/travel mug. The single serve side utilizes Senseo pods which are quite good and easy to find in my grocery store. You can also use non-pod coffee so options are limitless. It took me a lot of time to find the perfect coffeemaker for my household - some of the reviews are scary (flooded kitchens). I absolutely love this coffeemaker - and since I can also make just a cup of very hot tea, this has everything I could need. The Scoop was a great replacement for our worn-out Hamilton Beach. Regular brew time for the single cup is about 4 minutes. The bold is about two minutes longer. The removable plates for the single cup allows us to use a variety of cup sizes and adding water and clean up is a breeze. Have only had this for a week, but we are very please. Will let you know if we have problems later, but we are looking at another long-lasting Hamilton Beach product.
